The following guidelines will help ensure a positive experience for everyone. Please review these prior to calling to book a class, appointment or session.
Please indicate how many will attend the reading.

Please give 24 hours notice if cancelling your appointment. This will allow us to book another client in your place, we do have a waiting list. Without notice, you will be charged for the appointment.
Indicate whether being placed on a Waiting List is OK. We often have cancellations. If your schedule is flexible, we may be able to fit you in ahead of when we are booking (typically we book months in advance).
If using a Gift Certificate, please indicate at time of booking.
If booking a Phone Reading, please make certain that your payment is delivered 24 hours in advance or your session will be cancelled. Your check will not be cashed until after the session.
Cash, personal checks or credit cards are accepted.. You will pay through Pay Pal. We can help you through this process. Credit Cards need to be processed 24 hours before reading.
Cindy schedules all of Deb's appointments and will be the individual who contacts you. Cindy will also contact you a week in advance to confirm your appointment. If we are unable to confirm your appointment we will fill the time with another individual. If your contact information such as a telephone number changes from the time you made the appointment, please let us know. Thank you for working with us to ensure you are properly taken care of.
